McCain's health care plan is better for everyone because it offers a tax cut for people who need to buy insurrence. He is offering $5000 a year to offset the charges of buying health insurrance.
This is good information for people who are undecided and it actually disputes Barack Obama's plan. His plan is Hillary light. He stole the majority of his health care plans from her and even stole her stump speech. He doesn't offer universal Health care and since McCain's plan is the tax cuts then his plan truly does offer Universal Health care without the mandates.
