Senator McCain told Senator Obama. "I am not George Bush and if you want to run against George Bush you should have run four years ago." Those words which are very true started McCain on a roll and he began to smack Obama down all night.
McCain is not anything like Bush just like Obama is nothing like Hillary Clinton. I think Obama confuses personalities and parties. He thinks he is like Hillary Clinton which is a big lie and John McCain is like George Bush which is another lie.
McCain told Obama that he is one of the most negative politicians he has ever run against. He told Obama that his choice in friends in a Character issue and very appropriate to use against him. He also brought up the tee shirts that said Sarah Palin is a c**t. I was very happy he called Obama on this issue he needs to stop this kind of behavior from his supporters.
McCain also brought up ACORN and Representative John Lewis's remark that it was McCain's fault that his crowds were so racist because McCain is like George Wallace which is a bold face lie and John Lewis knows this. Obama never apologized for this remark nor did he repudiate what Lewis said. What John Lewis said was said to cause race division.
Obama stammered all night long and in a fit of temper walked off the stage instead of working the rope lines. He does this when he knows he lost.

SARAH HITS IT OUT OF THE BALL PARK DESPITE A MODERATOR THAT WASN'T FAIR AT TIMES

I think Sarah knocked it out of the ball park tonight. She was on message and friendly. She connected with the American people. She is not rich she and her husband decided they needed to have one partner stay home with the kids so they don't have the benefit of being a two wage earners like the Obama's. Todd stays home with the kids. That is good especially since they have a baby with special needs.
Gwen Ifill was openly hostile at times like it was Sarah's fault she got called on the carpet. I believe she would have been horrible if the outcry hadn't occurred. She wasn't the worst moderator but she was not fair.
Despite that she won. Most people think she won despite her being visibly nervous.

The sexism is back again. This time in the form of the moderator of the VP debate. They picked a moderator who is writting a book about Obama and stands to make millions of dollars if Obama wins. This would make anyone bias.
Does Ann Coulter get to moderate a debate? Does Rush Limbough get to moderate a debate? How about Sean Hannity? I can assure you that if any of these three people moderated a debate the Liberals would be screaming bloody murder and of course the Race card would be played.
I am sick of how the debate commission and the media continue to be sexist. I am tired of the double standard.
The Republicans probably wouldn't pull October surprises if the media were more fair to their candidates. It's time that Democrats began insisting that the media and the debate commission be fair to both candidates.

Obama just got caught making up things again. This man doesn't know what he is doing? He tried to say that Henry Kissinger was for a President to meet with the President of Iran. This would be a disaster. Henry Kissinger does favor high level talks but on the Secretary of State level not the Presidential level.
Obama said all through the Primaries that he favored meeting with the President of Iran without preconditions. He probably wants to so he can show Iran that he will stand on the side of the Muslims like he said in his book.
Obama just got caught lying--that is his hope the hope he doesn't get caught lying again.

FIRST DEBATE ADVANTAGE MCCAIN

Senator Obama and Senator McCain met in their first debate. The first half was devoted to the economy in light of the crisis that is currently going on. Senator McCain flew in from Washington where he spent the prior days working on a compromise. Obama had to be called off the campaign trail by President Bush.
Senator McCain stumbled in the beginning but he quickly regained his step and began delivering a can of whip azz on Obama.
Obama began stuttering and interrupting like he used to do when he debated Hillary and he also kept saying he agrees with John McCain like he used to say he agreed with Hillary. He doesn't have any idea of what he is doing because he is not ready to be President.
McCain cleaned his clock again during the second half of the debate the foreign policy part. That is John McCain's strong suit. Obama really stuttered. What is with Obama calling McCain "John" he has no class. He looked like the kid and McCain looked Presidential.

McCain has life experience that Obama doesn't have. Obama is not good at answering questions without a teleprompter. He couldn't do it during the Primaries he hasn't gotten any better.

This article explains that Obama backed away from the pre convention debates that Obama thought was a good idea. Another example of how he can't seem to make up his mind. He did agree to three debates after the convention. I am sure that Hillary would keep those dates for him. I hope Obama is ready for the vp one when it's his time. Perhaps he can learn not to lie so much that he stutters. He's afraid to debate because he is afraid he will blow it like he did in the PA debate against Hillary.
